Finally!..

Yay! I finally know how to work a computer program! This is a very exhilarating feeling. So, this is William Alexander and I. We went to Utah for my cousins wedding and we were fortunate enough to get some photos of us snapped! Thanks Jessica. I went camping with Will and his family last weekend and we did a little fishing while we were there. I caught quite a whopper and Will cooked it on the grill that night. Fresh fish is delicious. And I was the provider of dinner for myself and Wills mom, Virginia. What can I say, I am now a resourceful woman who is becoming one with mother nature. Although, i must clarify something on that last part... If one more bug whizzed past my face while I had something in my hands I was likely to go a teensy bit insane!!! Not a big deal, I will get used to it. Since it seems I am able to catch my own food I can invest on more bug spray!!!!!

The Update..

Alright, time to get down to business. First of all, I am now a fisher woman. Go ahead and read it again if you need to. That's right. I am getting so good that I almost touched one of the fish I caught last weekend! I do have pictures of some of these amazing looking animals and as soon as I figure out how to put them on here I expect to see alot of comments like "WOW" and "GADZOOKS", I know you will all be jealous. Seriously though, it is somewhat of an enjoyable hobby.

Next on the list, I have met an amazing and young gentleman by the name of Will. We met through a mutual friend and I put on my irirresistible charm and tricked him into dating me! I am pretty sneaky! He truly is my best friend and he makes me happy everyday. He has already gotten over meeting the family (immediate and extended). We are very easily entertained! Just give us a newly released DVD and a puzzle and you wont hear from us until that puzzle is finished!

I am going to have someone help me put some pictures on here. I mean after all, what is a blog for if you can't show up the people you know with a picture of a prize winning fish!

Adele gets her 15 minutes!!!

How adorable is this priceless little gem of a picture?! Thank you Associated Press, Thank you! My mom and dad attended the international CES in Las Vegas last week and they got to meet some professional athletes and actors before my mother became famous in her own right. Although this is amazing to my family and I, the following needs to be said. First of all, when the royalties for this picture start swarming in, I am going to have to keep the fans away from her at all times, and I am not sure my Dad has the pure brute force it would take to get the crazies away from the house. Secondly, my mother has started saying, "I'll pencil you in." all day. How am I supposed to call her at all hours of the day when she has book signings and photo shoots?
Well Adele, I must say, I am without a doubt your #1 fan! I love you mom!
P.S. Is Joba Chamberlain dating anyone right now? Have your people call his people, mom! I have to settle down sometime, I guess I could settle for a NY Yankee!

2009!!!

I have been dreading this little post because it is about my resolutions! I have given up on losing weight as a resolution. I mean, it has worked great for the last 10 years but its time to really change the little things about myself. I have decided that I need to stop judging people. I might not have as much to say when I give this little pleasure up but at least maybe I will figure out that I will feel better about myself. I'm just thinkin out loud! Also, I am going to figure out how to put pictures on my blog! It's beginning to look a little sad and wordy! I am going to strive to keep my little peice of land I call my apt. clean. This might need to be worked on ALOT but I think I can do it. I want to learn how to stop going out to eat every day. It is seriously getting bad, I dont have anything in my apartment because I just go grab lunch with a friend. These are just a few of the things I am going to work on. I tell you this because know I am going to have people that will hold me to these changes! Lets give this a few weeks and see how sunny my outlook is then! P.S. HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Happy Birthday Jordan!

This post is dedicated to my youngest Brother, Jordan. He is 17! My how the time has flown! I was only 8 when he was born! Let's go back---- I remember that my aunt Dawn was visiting from Texas and we were living at my Grandma and Grandpa Moons house while they were serving a mission to Ohio. My mom realized she was in labor on the morning of December 5th, 1991. I remember my dad giving her a blessing and then she had to go comb her hair and put on some make-up! If you know Adele at all, you know that statement is not far off base!
Jordan, I want you to know that I love you with my whole heart. You make me a very proud sister and I know that one day you are going to do something great that will amaze all of us! Have a great 17th year and as I always say, "Remember who you are and what you stand for". And on your 18th birthday I promise you that I will tell you a different and better story!
I love you Jordan!

Thanksgiving!

I am so excited for Thanksgiving! This year my Aunt and cousins are coming to spend the extended weekend with my family and I. We are spending the holiday and My grandma and grandpa Moons house! Though I am sure that it is the same with some of you out there, I LOVE to play games with the whole family. For the most part we are all pretty good sports about everything. Though there is the occasional fight about random words during our speed scrabble tournaments! And the anonymous crazy person who gets a little streak of energy and throws her scrabble pieces right in my lap! (Its ok, I know she was just intimidated by my awesomeness!) Last year my G-ma decided it would be a good idea to have a big piece of paper on the wall that we could write down all the things we are thankful for! I must say that when, by the end of the weekend, it was completely full of things, I had to realize that we are indeed blessed to live in such a great place in this country! Although times are hard for alot of us, I still have the best family on the planet, that nows how to have more fun than anyone I have ever met! So, to my spectacular, beautiful, wonderful, amazing family. You constantly remind me of how truly loved I am! And to everyone else............... HAPPY THANKSGIVING!
