Happy Birthday Jordan!

This post is dedicated to my youngest Brother, Jordan. He is 17! My how the time has flown! I was only 8 when he was born! Let's go back---- I remember that my aunt Dawn was visiting from Texas and we were living at my Grandma and Grandpa Moons house while they were serving a mission to Ohio. My mom realized she was in labor on the morning of December 5th, 1991. I remember my dad giving her a blessing and then she had to go comb her hair and put on some make-up! If you know Adele at all, you know that statement is not far off base!
Jordan, I want you to know that I love you with my whole heart. You make me a very proud sister and I know that one day you are going to do something great that will amaze all of us! Have a great 17th year and as I always say, "Remember who you are and what you stand for". And on your 18th birthday I promise you that I will tell you a different and better story!
I love you Jordan!

Thanksgiving!

I am so excited for Thanksgiving! This year my Aunt and cousins are coming to spend the extended weekend with my family and I. We are spending the holiday and My grandma and grandpa Moons house! Though I am sure that it is the same with some of you out there, I LOVE to play games with the whole family. For the most part we are all pretty good sports about everything. Though there is the occasional fight about random words during our speed scrabble tournaments! And the anonymous crazy person who gets a little streak of energy and throws her scrabble pieces right in my lap! (Its ok, I know she was just intimidated by my awesomeness!) Last year my G-ma decided it would be a good idea to have a big piece of paper on the wall that we could write down all the things we are thankful for! I must say that when, by the end of the weekend, it was completely full of things, I had to realize that we are indeed blessed to live in such a great place in this country! Although times are hard for alot of us, I still have the best family on the planet, that nows how to have more fun than anyone I have ever met! So, to my spectacular, beautiful, wonderful, amazing family. You constantly remind me of how truly loved I am! And to everyone else............... HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

Twilight

I have been going through this whole week with a slight amount of anticipation in my little heart! This whole Twilight Phenomenon has uprooted my life, as an embarrassing as it might be! Ya know, this obsession reminds me a bit of when I was 14 years old and in love with Justin Timberlake! No really, like laying awake at night realizing that if he would just meet me then he would know I was perfect for him! Yep, this is the same, except that Edward is not even real! Wow, I should go out sometimes. Hmmm, something to consider I guess. Until next time, I am going to read my Twilight Movie Guide... What?!

Wow!

So two posts in as many days! Again with my amazingness! I took a trip to Rigby for a lovely evening of laughs, and while watching TV I saw something totally repulsive.. Someone let Rosie O'Donnell back into the public! What! I am seriously stressed out about the sanity of someone at NBC! sick! Sorry, I had to get that off my chest! On a brighter note, I am getting DVR! It is probably something that might be minute to others but is a really bright spot in my week.. or maybe month. Sad I know. Well, I better watch Dr. Phil change peoples lives.
