My brother Jordan James Lewis is going to be leaving for his mission soon :(.. I am so proud of him and I love this picture of the My "little" brothers and me so I thought that I would put it on my blog so that if he ever gets a chance to look my blog up while he is serving in Guatemala City, he will know how much he has truly been an amazing example to me and to everyone around him. He is one of the most influential people in my life and I am so happy he is making the right decision to serve the Lord. The people in Guatemala are the luckiest people in the world to have my little brother serving them for the next two years.

I love you more than words can ever express Jordan. And I cant wait for my daughter to meet you when you get home! You are amazing. Return With Honor.

Hmmmmmm....

It's me! I know that I did say something on my last entry about updating things a little later that same week.. Well, that was in January. Apparently I am not a keeper of my word very well. I am sorry people!!! I know that my promises are empty to all of you now so I suppose I will just say that I am "working on it"..

So much has happened since January. Will and I got married on April 2, 2010. It was the best day of my life. Although I can't describe in words how much I love my husband, the words unconditional love will have to do. I am often surprised that no matter how many people tell you how hard marriage is, it never really sets in until the wedding is over. And the real world and all of its hard times set in. Through all of those hard times and "stressful... how should I put this?.. people" we have had to deal with I can honestly say I KNOW that I married the right man. He is my best friend and I can not wait to spend forever with him.

And since I am aging so quickly, Will and I made the decision to make our family bigger. About one month to the date after that we got the great news.. I AM PREGNANT! I am due April 5, 2011. We are having a GIRL! I think that Will is going to be the best dad in the whole world.

Not only will he make a great dad, but he should win some kind of award for being such a great husband. Talk about patience. This guy can deal with anything now that he has dealt with my hormones!!! I cant believe he has been so good to me let alone stay married to my grumpyness!

I am positive that I will be writing more fairly soon since I am going to need some feedback on names.. and nursery colors and all things new moms worry and deal with! I will not say when I will write next but hopefully it will be soon.. ish..!

A Small Update..

I realize I have been a little slow on the blogging situation lately, so here is a few things that have happened.

Since Will and I got engaged, we have had a few ups and a few downs. Wills father Rich lost his battle to cancer on October 25th, 2009. We are all still trying to adjust to life without him, but I am so grateful that I had the opportunity to get to know him and for him to know me. At the beginning of this year, Wills brother-in-law Past away unexpectedly. Will and his family are so thankful to everyone that has been helping them though the last few months and I know in my heart that our Heavenly Father is watching over us all during this time.

On a happier note.. Will and I set a date!!! APRIL 2ND, 2010. And yes, we are very excited... And yes, it is only 61 days away... And yes, I am so stressed out about it already that I am looking forward to being an old married lady!!!

This is just a quick update!!! I will post more about the wedding hopefully this week!!!

My Hero!!!

I have been practicing the art of fishing pretty regularly lately and I was recently shown up by my cousin who turned out to be a leader in a contest in Alaska. That being said, here is the picture of my cousin Ron, my new hero!!! Way to go Ron.

My Exciting News...

I AM ENGAGED!!!
In case you couldn't tell, that was me yelling from a mountain top. On Tuesday, August 4, 2009 I officially became a fiance! I think it sounds pretty neat myself. In case your wondering, it was Will who asked, and of course I said yes. I will give anyone a very detailed account of the events (just give me a call) but a short version is that we went for a boat ride on the river and he asked me to marry him.

I can not find one word to express my love for Will. He makes me happier than anyone has ever made anyone. Anyone who knows me knows that I love a little reassurance in everything I do and he is the first person to back me up in all of my decisions and gives me his honest opinion everytime I ask him. He compliments me everyday and he honestly makes me feel like the most beautiful person on earth. We laugh together and cry together. He has taught me so many new things and when I might take a little longer that normal to figure something out he is the most patient and kind man. Although my family is not that hard to win over, they have all met him and they absolutely adore him.

So thank you William Richard Alexander for loving and trusting me enough to be your other half. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to become a part of your family. I cant wait for the next chapter of our life to start together.

Finally!..

Yay! I finally know how to work a computer program! This is a very exhilarating feeling. So, this is William Alexander and I. We went to Utah for my cousins wedding and we were fortunate enough to get some photos of us snapped! Thanks Jessica. I went camping with Will and his family last weekend and we did a little fishing while we were there. I caught quite a whopper and Will cooked it on the grill that night. Fresh fish is delicious. And I was the provider of dinner for myself and Wills mom, Virginia. What can I say, I am now a resourceful woman who is becoming one with mother nature. Although, i must clarify something on that last part... If one more bug whizzed past my face while I had something in my hands I was likely to go a teensy bit insane!!! Not a big deal, I will get used to it. Since it seems I am able to catch my own food I can invest on more bug spray!!!!!

The Update..

Alright, time to get down to business. First of all, I am now a fisher woman. Go ahead and read it again if you need to. That's right. I am getting so good that I almost touched one of the fish I caught last weekend! I do have pictures of some of these amazing looking animals and as soon as I figure out how to put them on here I expect to see alot of comments like "WOW" and "GADZOOKS", I know you will all be jealous. Seriously though, it is somewhat of an enjoyable hobby.

Next on the list, I have met an amazing and young gentleman by the name of Will. We met through a mutual friend and I put on my irirresistible charm and tricked him into dating me! I am pretty sneaky! He truly is my best friend and he makes me happy everyday. He has already gotten over meeting the family (immediate and extended). We are very easily entertained! Just give us a newly released DVD and a puzzle and you wont hear from us until that puzzle is finished!

I am going to have someone help me put some pictures on here. I mean after all, what is a blog for if you can't show up the people you know with a picture of a prize winning fish!
